Copyright: digitrajni.si The investment consists of trainings in digital and green skills and financial literacy for professionals in education and training.The "Digitrajni učitelj" (Digitainable Teacher) project encourages and provides an inspiring and motivational training process, meets the needs and demands of modern society, the environment and the economy, responds flexibly to them and provides support and guidance to educational insitutions on how to respond agilely to the challenges of digital and sustainable breakthroughs.The goal of the project is to successfully train at least 15.200 professionals and managers in education and training to strengthen their digital competences and basic content of computering and informatics, competences for sustainable development and financial literacy.The project activities include:competence catalog preparation;definition of different training paths;development of training programs (Arnes);acquisition and regular training of project collaborators;implementation of trainings for professional and managerial workers;monitoring and evaluation;suggestions for system placement of results;annual International Conference;promotion and dissemination;quality Assurance.Each person will on average participate in 4 training days.The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 4.5 million, with the total value of the investment at EUR 4.7 million.
