Supporting educational establishments with medium and high risk of dropouts

THEORETICAL HIGH SCHOOL RECAȘ

O1: To improve the learning situation and promotion rate through the participation of 50 students in a remedial education program and extracurricular activities;

O2: Increase the participation rate in national assessment by 5% in the next 3 years;

O3: Increase the percentage of averages above 7.00 and the percentage of promotion in the N.E. exam for at least 5 pupils per year;

O4: Prevent the risk of school dropout by integrating students belonging to vulnerable groups into a learning environment, through their participation by 2025 in extracurricular programs designed to increase their motivation for learning;

O5: Strengthening the pupil - parent - school relationship by involving by 2025 at least 20% of parents in the target group in outreach activities;

O6: Digitization of 2 classrooms with necessary teaching aids for all secondary school students during the project implementation period;

O7: Empowerment of at least 30 teachers, through professional training courses specific to digitization, in order to increase the quality of teaching and students' learning outcomes during the project implementation period;
