General objective: To prevent and correct the phenomenon of early school leaving for the target group pupils - addressing the remedial and corrective component, addressing the preventive component, by adopting strategies, action plans, modern information technology (ICT) approaches and by developing integrated facilities that provide unrestricted access to the target group to the latest generation of socio-educational services in an open and inclusive education system, in the context of sustainable development of the information society based on knowledge and technological progress:

1. To carry out and develop remedial activities for a minimum of three school years to reduce absenteeism and dropout rates.
2. Implementation and development for at least three school years of ICT competences of the target group pupils, facilitating learning, with measurable effect on the level of increase in school performance and in the secondary school graduation rate.
3. In-service training for teachers - over the next three school years on the promotion of active and interactive educational media, development of ICT skills, dropout prevention, inclusive activities - training with the general effect of lowering the dropout rate, reducing absenteeism, increasing participation in the National Assessment for grade VIII.
4. Development and development for at least three school years of extracurricular activities, sports, cultural, personal development, etc.
