Supporting educational establishments with medium and high risk of dropouts

O1: To create an innovative approach taking advantage of the complementary use of formal and non-formal education methods to combat early school dropout, by organizing a dance club in which selected students will participate once a week, by organizing at least 30 symposiums on discrimination, social integration, violence and its effects,

O2: To train a minimum of 12 teachers, school staff, in inclusive education techniques and methods, as well as training courses on remedial education, which they will then use routinely in the educational-instructional process, becoming a resource group for disseminating the knowledge newly acquired and/or reinforced through the training sessions;

O3: To motivate and support a minimum of 135 pupils to become protagonists of their own learning path through the development of a positive and inclusive climate, the creation of a ""friendly school"", through the establishment of the Sports Club; Drama Club; Art Circle; Painting Circle; and also through a minimum of 30 outdoor activities and 4 school trips, as well as by stimulating pupils to offer mentoring and peer support, together with the application of active and inclusive learning techniques;

O4: To provide an inclusive, cohesive and respectful environment for all students by providing a minimum of 468 remedial classes to target group students, 12 counseling and guidance sessions by providing a minimum of 27 psychological counseling sessions to target group students,

O5: To increase the quality of education by equipping the school with smart classrooms
