Copyright: Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy The objective of this investment is to enhance the administrative and organizational capacity of key public institutions involved in implementing reforms and investments under REPowerEU. It also aims to support regulatory, analytical, and educational activities related to the energy system in Poland, including improving administrative capacity in permitting procedures for renewable energy sources and power grids, as well as the digitalization of grid development and connection processes. The investment provides support for strengthening the administrative capacity of local and central government authorities, as well as NGOs. This includes increasing the number of personnel dedicated to the implementation of REPowerEU. At the central administration level, at least 106 full-time equivalent positions will be allocated to the implementation of REPowerEU reforms and investments, including the digitalization of permitting procedures for renewable energy sources and power grids, as well as the digitalization of grid development and connection processes.
