Support to enterprises for the transition to an energy and resource efficient economy

C1.1.1. R4-I1 Support to enterprises for the transition to an energy and resource efficient economy, NPOO.C1.1.1.R4-I1.01 & NPOO.C1.1.1.R4-I1.02.EUR 250 million grants will be awarded to industrial SMEs and mid-caps committed to improving their energy and resource efficiency.Call for Proposals “Support to enterprises for the transition to an energy and resource efficient economy” for the allocation of grants to support the green transition of SMEs and mid-cap companies towards circular economy and/or energy-efficiency.

EUR 250 million will be invested in the forms of (non-refundable) grants in industrial SMEs and mid-caps committed to improving their energy and resource efficiency.The grant schemes have been launched and investment has started.

290 grant agreements should be signed with SMEs and mid-caps engaged in energy and resource efficiency by the end of September 2025., it is expected that the measure will support at least 250 projects of SMEs and 40 projects of mid-cap companies.Within the framework of the first call.

A total of 128 contracts were signed with benefiseries.

Regional representation of granted aid according to NUTS2: Pannonian Croatia 39%, Adriatic Croatia 15%, Northern Croatia 41 % and City of Zagreb 5%.Within the framework of the second Call, the submission of project proposals began on September 13, 2024 and will be open for submission until the end of May 2025.
