On 3 July 2020, the reform established a collaborative procedure to discuss skills challenges in Luxembourg called "Skillsdësch". Stakeholders - government authorities and social partners - regularly met to identify the skills needs and actions to close the gaps. Among the results of the work is the National Skills Strategy, published in February 2023, and FutureSkills trainings, which provide job seekers with skills needed in the labour market. In 2024, registration for three vocational trainings called "Skillsbridges" opened for interested participants. Participants have the opportunity to deepen skills in three areas: artificial intelligence for administrative teams, green space maintenance and low-carbon construction and the use of bio-sourced building materials.Additional Links:https://luxembourg.representation.ec.europa.eu/un-nouveau-depart-inattendu-une-renaissance-professionnelle-grace-futureskills_fr Reference1A in the LU Recovery and Resilience PlanProject locations Luxembourg Project websitehttps://gouvernement.lu/en/actualites...
