Digital services and citizen experience (Mission 1 – Component 1, Investment 1.4) 

Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan provides for the development of an integrated and harmonized offering of state-of-theart citizen-oriented digital services, ensure their wide-spread adoption thereof across both central and local administrations and enhance users’ experience.  

The project aims at extending the use of national digital identity platforms - SPID CIE, thus creating a cohesive digital service for citizens, promoting its adoption across central and local administrations and improving user experience.
