Serviced Housing Units Rogaška Slatina – Kidričeva ulica - Provision of public rental housing

The municipality of Rogaška Slatina and the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, have constructed 12 apartments specifically designed for people that can live a relatively independent life but are in need of occasional assistance. The average size of an apartment is 40 square meters.

The project started in autumn of 2020. The construction was finalised in summer of 2022 and the grand opening took place on 6 October 2022, with first tenants receiving the keys to their new rental apartments.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility contribution to the investment is EUR 607,713, with the total value being EUR 1,342,068.

The complex comprises of the ground-floor with common areas, 2 floors and a mansard. Additional 12 apartments in the building were provided by a private investor. Next to the complex a publically available outside fitness area for older persons has been installed.
