Strengthening the dual System (Mission 5, Component 1, Investment 3)Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan supports young people and adults without secondary education accessing employment opportunities by increasing the number of people participating in formal education and vocational education and training through the dual system, including apprenticeship. In particular, this investment contributes to make the education and training systems more synergic with the labour market, as well as boosting the employability of young people through the acquisition of new competences, in line with the digital and green transition, with on-the-job learning. It will contribute to: (I) modernise the education andtraining system by favouring the creation of on-the-job learning and strengthening the dialogue with enterprises; (II) strengthen financial allocation to offer training in marginalised areas; (III) create a robust and inclusive governance that shall include economic and social partners.The investment is financed by Italy’s Recovery and resilience plan by EUR 600 million.This project SCRL training project*Extra-duty training courses aimed at acquiring one or more skills related to IEFP figures*Valle d'Aosta is part of this investment. The project aims at the realisation of 12 training courses in dual mode (30% of the total number of hours in internship) aimed at issuing certificates of competences related to the professional figures of the National Directory of the Vocational Education and Training (IeFP) system.
