Copyright: Patrimonio Nacional website The goal of the investment is to restore the historic Parterre Garden of the Royal Palace of Aranjuez, revitalising its landscape and heritage value. The intervention includes recovering the original 18th-century Baroque layout, re-establishing ground levels, carrying out arboricultural work and planting 126 new trees. It also involves the full restoration of the Hercules and Antaeus Fountain, the Ceres Fountain, and the Nereids fountains. The project receives over €5 million from the Recovery and Resilience Plan. Works have already begun and form part of a wider €66 million investment by Patrimonio Nacional in Aranjuez and other Royal Sites.Additional links:https://planderecuperacion.gob.es/noticias/turismo-invertira-14-millones-rehabilitar-inmuebles-Patrimonio-Nacional-prtr ReferenceC14.I1Project locations Spain EU contribution€5 000 000
