Residential Neighbourhood Nova Dolinska - Provision of public rental housing

The purpose of the project was to provide 91 public rental apartments to strengthen the stock of public rental housing in Slovenia.

Constructed apartments are two, three or four-bedroom, with their surface ranging from 47 to 94 square metres. Ten apartments will be allocated to people with reduced mobility. Apartments are energy-efficient, nearly zero-energy, designed provide comfortable living at low operating costs.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provided funding of EUR 8.4 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 16.9 million. 

The project started in July 2022 and was finalised in June 2024.
