Copyright: European Commission The purpose of the project was to provide 91 public rental apartments to strengthen the stock of public rental housing in Slovenia.Constructed apartments are two, three or four-bedroom, with their surface ranging from 47 to 94 square metres. Ten apartments will be allocated to people with reduced mobility. Apartments are energy-efficient, nearly zero-energy, designed provide comfortable living at low operating costs.The Recovery and Resilience Facility provided funding of EUR 8.4 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 16.9 million.
