Renovation of the Nelas secondary school

The application for the requalification of the Nelas Secondary School is promoted by the Municipality of Nelas and aims to rehabilitate the building in order to meet the demands arising from new educational and environmental paradigms.

It also aims to ensure that, following the intervention, the building is managed under an efficient model with controlled costs for routine maintenance and conservation, thereby preventing its rapid deterioration.The project plans to carry out rehabilitation work on all existing buildings: the administrative block, classrooms and sports hall, administrative building, auditorium, and management offices.

It also includes interventions in the outdoor areas, particularly in internal circulation routes and the sports area.

Furthermore, the project involves the acquisition of equipment to furnish and equip the school, including school furniture, teaching materials, IT and communication equipment, and sports equipment.
