Renovation and modernisation of the educational infrastructure and environment of the Second Primary School "Hristo Smirnenski" - Berkovitsa

The project, financed with EUR 1,28 m from the RRP, is aimed at renewing and modernizing the educational infrastructure and environment of the Second Primary School "H. Smirnenski" - Berkovitsa (incl. increasing the energy efficiency of the buildings), by building a favorable, inclusive, innovative, energy efficient, a supportive and motivating educational environment that contributes to increasing the motivation for learning and self-training and improving the educational results of the school's students.

The project proposal envisages renovation and modernization of the educational environment, as well as the implementation of all mandatory ESM from the energy survey of the building and achievement of energy consumption class "A" for the buildings of the Second Primary School "Hristo Smirnenski".

Implementation of the project envisages the implementation of the following ESM: 

• B1- Thermal insulation of external walls;
• B3-Thermal insulation of a roof;
• B4-Thermal insulation of the floor;
• B5 - Replacement of doors and windows;
• C6 - Heat generation measures;
• C11 - Measures under the DHW system;
• C12 - Measures on lighting systems;
• D14-Other EE measures

Utilization of energy from renewable sources-Solar-PV electricity.

The implementation of the project proposal will contribute to providing a material base that guarantees healthy and quality conditions for training, training in a modern and efficient educational infrastructure, with more comfortable conditions for work and study.
