The main part of the investment was building a replacement river mill and a cable ferry, parts of cultural heritage that were destroyed in floods.

In addition to the basic construction works additional elements aimed at enriching the experience of visitors were also introduced, such as the inclusion of information plaques and photo walls. A live-stream camera was set up to ensure real-time availability of information.

Bike racks, digital counters for recording the visits of cyclists and pedestrians, panoramic binoculars for observing the surrounding nature, and a weather station for up-to-date information on weather conditions were also installed.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provided funding of EUR 350,000, while the total value of the investment is EUR 475,000. The project was finalised with an opening ceremony in October 2024.
