Rehabilitation of buildings and social housing program: Construction of social housing

The Programme for the construction of social rental housing in energy-efficient buildings aims to support the development of measures implemented by the different public administrations to substantially increase the supply of affordable rental housing, with the collaboration of the private sector. 

To this end, different agreements have been signed and funds have been transferred to the autonomous communities.
