Reconversion of spaces to be used as a school canteen for the primary school and the kindergarden

Plan for the extension of full-time (Mission 4 – Component 1 - Investment 1.2)
Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan provides for the extension of school time, in order to increase the educational offer of schools and make them open and available to the territory beyond school hours. The measure envisages the construction or renovation of canteen spaces for at least 1 000 structures to allow for the extension of school time. Extended schooling hours are expected to have a positive impact on the fight against early school leaving.

The investment is financed by Italy’s Recovery and Resilience plan by EUR 1 billion.

This project is part of this investment. Its aim is to improve the educational service of elemetary school and kindergartners by adding two dedicated rooms as canteen. This will improve the full time education service by offering the chance for childer to have a dedicate space for lunching.

This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 125.000,00
