The main objective of the project is to improve the technical parameters of the railway infrastructure, to increase the line speed from 80 km/h to 120 km/h, to ensure long-term safety of railway operation in the given section, to increase the comfort for end users and thus to increase the attractiveness of railway transport in the region.
