Reconstructing and upgrading a Hotel at Terme Vivat - The sustainable development of tourist accommodation offers to raise The added value of tourism

The project aims to reconstruct a hotel at Terme Vivat to upgrade it from 4- to 5-star category.

The project entails the reconstruction of French balconies into terraces, arranging the heating of sanitary water with thermal water, the construction of solar power plants, the upgrading and renovation of hotel rooms from four to five stars. The investor will continue the sustainable ecological development and quality of the accommodation infrastructure, resulting in a higher quality of services, thus increasing competitiveness and increasing the added value of the investor.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 1 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 2.8 million. 

The project started in November 2023 and will be finalised by December 2024.
