Copyright: Ministry of Justice The Ministry of Justice carries out two projects:Purchase and implementation of videoconferencing and associated audio-video equipment for courtA key objective of the project is to provide videoconferencing and associated audio-video equipment to support the digitalisation of justice. The main purpose of the project is to make justice more accessible and efficient, which will be realised through the project for the purchase and implementation of 19 videoconferencing and associated audio-video equipment for courts. The project will also cover the purchase of licences, education and training for the use of the system (base and most demanding education).The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 1.1 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 1.3 million. The project started in March 2023 and will be completed by June 2026.Information solution to support the process of authenticating documents on MP – eVerificationsThe purpose of the eVerification project is to replace the current management of the Ov-H and Ov-i logbooks, which are kept in Excel tables, and to provide users with computer-controlled logbooks, which will facilitate the work on authenticating public documents and obtaining data on the certifications carried out for various reporting purposes.The objective of the project is to develop an eVerification IT solution to support the authentication process at the Ministry of Justice, which will include the establishment of a register of scanned signatures and seals of notaries, notaries, district judges and court interpreters, the establishment or access to records of qualified certificates for electronic signatures and qualified certificates for the electronic seal of notaries and notarial assistants, the provision of authentication of electronic documents with an Apostille stamp, the computerisation of loggers and the issuance of certification certificates, the optimisation of the management and collection of statistical data concerning the issuance of certification certificates and the possibility to verify online certification certificates. The solution will also be directly linked to the data of the Hague Convention. The e-authentication will allow faster, simpler and more user- and customer-friendly, secure and reliable authentication service for public documents intended to be used abroad.The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 249,000, while the total value of the investment is EUR 303,000.
