Two projects are being implemented by the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office:

The Virtual Assistant

The project will set up a Virtual Assistant system to support the work processes of the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office.

The purpose of the project is to develop software solutions that will automatically, based on decisions already taken and information gathered in the register information system and other databases and data warehouses, review and produce information or documents that will allow public prosecutors to decide easily and quickly, including on the introduction of alternative procedures.

The proposed decisions will be based on the analysis of a larger number of processed data in a shorter period of time. They will also ease the burden on public prosecutors who will devote time saved to the resolution of more complex cases.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 0.70 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 0.84 million.

The project started in November 2024 and will be completed by June 2026.

The Green Meeting Room

The aim of the project is to set up a Green meeting room system that will support the digitalisation of the  Supreme State Prosecutor's Office through the provision of hardware and software, thereby creating optimal working conditions and increasing the institution’s resilience to change, leading to the building of trust in the country’s legal system.

Project activities to achieve the intended objective and impacts: the purchase of equipment and tools to enable seamless teleworking; the purchase of standard and powerful portable workstations and other equipment to support the digitalisation of business, such as webcams, headphones, dictafons, document cameras; purchase of software tools for seamless teleworking: the purchase of a software tool to manage teleworking, a specialised project implementation tool, a tool to strengthen cybersecurity; purchase of videoconferencing systems; delivery of software-related training sessions for 65 users; purchase of promotional material.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 285,410, while the total value of the investment is EUR 315,104.

The project started in July 2024 and will be completed by March 2026
