The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides EUR 142 million to support Bulgaria’s research and innovation performance, technology transfer and information-sharing.EUR 120 million go for the implementation of innovation programs by 10 research higher education institutions.The Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski receives BGN 44 million from the RRP for the project "Sofia University - a maker for innovation and technology transfer (SUMMIT)".
