Support to vulnerable persons and prevention of institutionalisation (Mission 5, Component 2, Investment 1)The Italy's Recovery and Resilience Plan contributes through this measure to support vulnerable persons and prevent institutionalisation.The investment will include the following interventions: (I) support parenting skills and prevent vulnerability of families and children; (II) support independent living and deinstitutionalisation of the elderly; (II) strengthen home-based social services to ensure early discharge and prevent hospitalisation; (III) strengthen social services and prevent burnout of social workers.The investment is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan with EUR 85 million at national level.The parental support and family vulnerability prediction project is part of this investment.The project aims to accompany parents who are experiencing momentary difficulties, involving them in defining objectives and actions that can contribute to the well-being of children and families.The NRRP funds allocated to this project amount to EUR 211,500.
