One-stop shop for all public helpdesk services

The one-stop shop was established to harmonise and centralise the helpdesk systems of all public administrations' online services. It allows the centralization of requests from citizens and businesses, as well as the information necessary for users of the public service to respond to these requests. 

This platform, commonly called ‘JKC platform’, has been integrated into the State Cloud. Elements have been integrated to allow citizens and businesses to know the status of their request and give their opinion on the quality of the service provided. 

The aim is to use these opinions in the long term to improve the state of the general service.
