The aim of the projects is to foster the recruitment of long-term unemployed persons. This is done in coordination with social services, local labour market integration projects, projects to support the autonomy of people with disabilities and the employment of assistants, as well as entrepreneurship and collective employment projects. These projects include agricultural skills and employment projects to facilitate life in rural areas. In doing so, projects become drivers of sustainable local development, social economy initiatives in the areas of culture and arts, rural tourism and artistic historical heritage, among others. More information can be found here. Examples of investments at local level: Next DIVERSITAT is a project in which the beneficiary entities have grouped together to coordinate the Diversity and Enterprise Programme promoted by the Department of Enterprise and Work of the Generalitat de Catalunya under the Recovery and Resilience Plan. The aim of the project is to incorporate or improve the diversity perspective among bodies specialising in the diversity and integration of vulnerable groups into the labour market, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. This is expected to lead to a revitalisation and promotion of diversity plans in companies and is expected to implement 2,000 individualised programmes throughout Catalonia to facilitate the recruitment and entry into the labour market of long-term unemployed persons who are or are at risk of exclusion and people with mental health problems. Territorial managers will be used to boost the programme. ReferenceC23.I4 in the Spanish Recovery and Resilience PlanProject locations Spain Project websitehttps://www.lamoncloa.gob.es/temas/...
