National Public Procurement Strategy

The main elements of the strategy is a vision and nine thematic areas, with each area containing concrete objectives and solutions.

The main elements of the vision are moving from a process-oriented mindset to a mindset of results, of achieveing sustainlable value-for-money by concentration on citizens' and others' needs and how to best meet them.

The nine thematic areas are are emphasis on quality and innovation, efficiency, sustainability, professionalisation, central purchasing, high-value purchasis, legal certainty, the construction sector and data & digitalization.
