National Action Plan for Clean Mobility (NAP CM)

The aim of the NAP CM update is to support the development of electromobility, hydrogen mobility and thus reduce emissions in transport. 

The main measures include support for companies, public transport, vulnerable groups and the development of vehicle sharing services including e-carsharing. It also includes a plan for the development of charging and refuelling infrastructure for electric, hydrogen and biomethane vehicles.

Their construction will be supported by direct subsidies and other support measures. Funding for these measures will be provided through various sources, including the National Renewal Plan, the Operational Programme Transport, the Modernisation Fund and the Social Climate Fund.
