Multifunctional Building Herálec

The village of Herálec in the Vysočina Region has transformed a historic building into a multifunctional building with apartments, modern technologies and public spaces. 

The modernization brought, for example, complete insulation, forced ventilation with recuperation, an inverter heat pump connected to photovoltaics and battery storage, and a new roof with the possibility of future construction of additional apartments.
