Monopiles for the Baltica 2 Offshore Wind Farm

This measure shall consist of a public investment in a Facility, the Offshore Wind Energy Fund, in order to incentivize private investment and improve access to finance in Poland's offshore wind energy sector, with the financing agreements concluded between the Facility and the final beneficiaries aiming at an installed offshore wind capacity of at least 3 GW generated by at least 2 projects.

The Facility shall operate by providing loans directly to the private sector, as well as to public sector entities engaged in similar activities.
