Moita Comunidades ema ação

The objective of this wide and innovative pilot measure is to combat poverty and social exclusion in the most disadvantaged municipalities of the Metropolitan Areas of Lisbon.

This is done through actions that include empowering communities, developing new and innovative approaches to social cohesion, and carrying out interventions in public spaces, social and sports infrastructure, and housing.

A similar pilot is funded in Porto with the possibility to expand the investment in other parts of the country.

In Lisbon, the project receives EUR 121.5 million of RRP funding.
