Modernization of the Institute for Adriatic Crops and Karst Reclamation infrastructure

The objective of the project is to construct and equip facilities for the Center for Advanced Analytics and Support for the Development of Mediterranean Agricultural Products in Split.

The establishment of the Center will stimulate scientific research and innovation in the STEM field (biotechnology) with applications in agriculture, and it will promote collaboration with businesses across Dalmatia and the wider Adriatic region of Croatia.

By establishing the Center and its components, additional space will be created for laboratory and other equipment, improving conditions for future projects, career development for young researchers, and their mobility.

The Center will enable scientific excellence in internationally impactful, socially relevant, and economically focused research in Mediterranean agriculture and forestry.
