The investment, financed with EUR 0,95 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, aims to modernize the central building of the kindergarten, built way back in 1977. The building is in good condition, although no major repair has taken place until now.The project is based on an up-to-date technical and energy survey, including the technical passport and the energy efficiency certificate. The planned measures selected in the energy efficiency certificate will lead to the achievement of the following results:Modernized educational infrastructure, located in an Impact zone with a social character;Achieved energy efficiency and thermal comfort for the children and the staff who care for them;Creation of accessible environment in the site, with appropriate architectural and socio-living conditions, ensuring access and inclusion of persons with disabilities;In order to achieve these results, according to the Law on public procurement, a contractor will be appointed, and construction and repair works will be assigned, while the mandatory supervision under the Spacial Planning Act will be carried out in parallel. In accordance with the technical project, there will be major repairs in all spaces, construction of an accessible environment for persons with disabilities and the following energy-saving measures will be held:Thermal insulation of the external walls and roof of the building;Replacement of windows and lighting system;Construction of a new heating installation and a system for its automatic regulation.For good-quality implementation of the investment proposal, a management team will be created, in accordance with the management and control system, which will apply the information, communication and publicity criteria.Additional links:https://2020.eufunds.bg/…Additional media:https://www.bta.bg/...
