Copyright: Ministry of Public Administration The reform aims to improve business process management and optimisation, and to provide conditions for the development of digital services.To this end, the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, by adopting the Debureaucratisation Act, amended the General Administrative Procedure Act, which entered into force on 22 January 2022.
