Modernisation of the educational environment in Professor Marin Drinov Primary School, Kyustendil District

Financed with EUR 1 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the project for modernisation of the educational environment in "Professor Marin Drinov" Primary School aims to create conditions for equal access to education by building a favorable, inclusive, innovative, energy-efficient, supportive and motivating educational environment that helps to increase motivation for learning and self-training and improving the educational results of children and students.

The project envisages providing a modern material base to guarantee healthy and high-quality conditions for learning at the "Professor Marin Drinov" Primary School by building a safe, ecological, sustainable, inclusive, attractive, healthy and safe environment for learning, upbringing and socialization of learners to develop their potential.

The project envisages a major repair and renovation of the building of the "Professor Marin Drinov" Primary School, which has not been subject to intervention at the moment.

The project also envisages increasing the energy efficiency of the school building.

The provision of modern conditions in the educational infrastructure will improve the quality of education and reduce the percentage of early school leavers.

The modernisation of the material base will lead to an overall improvement of the learning process and will facilitate the introduction of new learning methods that will increase and retain the interest of young people.
