Mental health care

The Mental Health Centre, with RRP funding of EUR 92 000, provides specialised support to people with severe mental illness, clinically stabilised, adapting to their needs and promoting functionality, autonomy and integration in the community.

The project, integrated into the National Network for Integrated Continuing Mental Health Care (RNCCI-SM), aims to bring mental health care closer to the daily lives of users and their families.

The new Home Mental Health Support Team (EADSM) will ensure personalised support, seeking to maximise each person's functionality, reduce hospitalisations, support informal caregivers, and strengthen community inclusion.
