MaPrimeRenov’ – Energy renovation of private housing, including thermal sieves

The measure aims to support energy renovation works of private housing, through a grant scheme (“MaPrimeRenov”, hereinafter referred to as ”MPR”) allocated to owners either for single-family housing or for condominiums (“MPR copropriétés”) in order to reduce energy consumption of their housing. 

The grant is notified to owners before the end of 2022, and its amount varies depending on the eligible works.  The overall objective is to achieve at least 30% of energy gains, on average, and the renovation works are carried out by companies with the “RGE” label (“recognised as guarantors of the environment”) in order to guarantee quality standards of the works.
