Management training course

Development of technical-professional, digital and managerial skills of professionals in the healthcare system (Mission 6, Component 2, Investment 2.2)

Italy's Recovery and Resilience Plan provides for increasing scholarships for the specific course in general medicine; launching a training plan on safety in terms of hospital infections for all NHS staff; activating a training path for personnel with top roles within NHS bodies in managerial and digital skills and financing specialized medical training contracts.

The investment is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan with EUR 740 million.

The aim of this project  is to train 9 managers and middle managers of the Regional Health Service. The provider (AGENAS) has been identified and one perticipant is currently following the pilot course.

This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 40.000,00.
