The REHUB + project, driven by DyCare, mainly aims to meet the existing demand for pulmonary rehabilitation from patients with chronic respiratory diseases, patients with post-COVID-19 respiratory sequences and muscle problems. Its digital solutions connect patients, physiotherapists and doctors; facilitates home-based treatment; promotes the safe incorporation of basic daily life into activities and helps to reduce the costs of the health systems with a more economical and sustainable treatment model. REHUB + had won the Seal of Excellence in the ERC Accelerating Call under the Horizon Europe European programme and the Recovery and Resilience Facility has made its funding available.
