The IPCEI-CIS’ main objective is the creation of an entirely new decentralised environment, which will enable software infrastructure for the advanced use of data processing resources from Cloud to Edge.

Ericsson‘s KeeCEK – Development of small, efficient, effective cloud edge nodes – project is developing technologies to make the cloud-edge nodes smaller, more energy-efficient and effective.

More effective means developing cloud-edge systems for business and industry-critical applications in order to be able to process very large amounts of data with very low latency in a particularly reliable manner.
