Increasing access to culture in culturally deprived areas, project POVEȘTI DIN ROMÂNIA REMARCABILĂ

The project, POVEȘTI DIN ROMÂNIA REMARCABILĂ, which received EUR 40,419.55 without VAT, is addressed to children from the schools of the 6 municipalities of the România Remarcabilă network, developed by Centrul Cultural Clujean, in partnership with the Association Sites & Cites Remarquable de France, aiming to develop techniques of cultural heritage interpretation based on creative writing, theater and visual storytelling.

Three artists from the field of creative writing, theater and visual narration, through techniques specific to the field of heritage interpretation (storytelling, body expression, illustrations for children) generated attractive cultural-educational content, for children to learn the basics of heritage through play.

The participation of the three artists in the residencies contributes to the development of innovative techniques for interpreting traditional rural heritage in a contemporary key, relevant to the cultural requirements of a community.
