Increasing access to culture in culturally deprived areas, MUZEUL VIRTUAL INTERACTIV AL VĂLĂRETULUI DIN LIPOVĂȚ

The project, MUZEUL VIRTUAL INTERACTIV AL VĂLĂRETULUI DIN LIPOVĂȚ, which received EUR 36,377.60 without VAT, aims to develop a unique cultural product within the existing offer in Romanian society.

It takes the form of a virtual museum realized through modern multimedia techniques.

The museum is dedicated to the Vălăret from Lipovăț as a form of folk theater that can arouse curiosity as it brings together mask games, traditional rhythms, dance suites, epic motifs in a unique form of manifestation.

The aim of the project is to support the local authorities of Lipovăț municipality in their efforts to promote heritage elements by increasing the national and international visibility of the area's specific customs.

This is in line with a wider regional initiative which aims to improve the public perception of Vaslui County in the online environment, which would provide some of the image capital needed to develop cultural tourism based on local traditions.
