The project ECOSISTEMUL CULTURAL LOCAL-INSTRUMENT PENTRU PROMOVAREA INCLUZIUNII, A DIVERSITĂȚII ȘI A TOLERANȚEI [Local Cultural Ecosystem - A Tool to Promote Inclusion, Diversity and Tolerance] received EUR 35,542.62 without VAT.

In order to achieve its goal of contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of community members, groups, families and vulnerable people, the socially excluded and those at risk of disadvantage, the Ruhama Foundation aims to develop integrated programs in complementary areas (education, employment, housing, culture, civic participation, infrastructure) for full participation in social, economic, cultural and political life.

This objective of social inclusion is in line with the provisions of the Social Welfare Act, which stipulates the importance of ensuring the active participation of people in all economic, social, cultural and political aspects of society.

The added value of this project is the way in which the local heritage owned by the locals is used and how this heritage is valorized in cultural events, but also the way in which the means of exhibiting the heritage (such as photography or writings about), are transformed into tools for long-term maintenance, dissemination, involving the three cohabiting ethnic groups: Romanians (57.19%), Roma (28.96%) and Hungarians (9.41%).
