The Health System Performance Assessment (HSPA) framework was established in 2022 to better track the health outcomes and help linking measures to the objectives set out in the national strategy papers and reforms, improving the timeliness of health data available for strategic and policy analysis. The waiting time for diagnostic treatments have also been significantly reduced allowing for faster access to health services.
