Improvement of public services in the city of Palma.

The Palma City Council has a grant of €1.54 million from the NextGenerationEU funds to strengthen and improve the usability, utility, quality, accessibility, and digitization of the public services it offers to citizens and businesses.

The focus will also be on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of public employees.

This will involve implementing a Citizen Guidance Service (SOC) and improving the City Council's information systems.

Additionally, technological infrastructures will be deployed to modernize the administration, ensuring service availability under any circumstances and adapting them to existing needs.

Specifically, next-generation workstations and collaborative tools will be implemented to maximize the productivity of local workers and enhance remote work.
