Implementation of a Unified Civil Protection and Fire Safety Management Platform

With the help of the Unified Fire Safety and Civil Protection Platform, the State Fire and Rescue Service will implement effective information circulation in the field of fire safety supervision, which will contribute to reducing and preventing fire risks in Latvia and ensure better, data-driven decision-making regarding the geospatial distribution of the State Fire and Rescue Service's resources, based on the fire and civil protection risks of objects calculated in the platform. 

The Unified Fire Safety and Civil Protection Platform is planned to be integrated with the existing and future information systems of the State Fire and Rescue Service as part of the digital ecosystem for fire safety supervision and civil protection, promoting further digitalization and management of processes.

Strategically, this platform is the foundation for future digitalization solutions in the State Fire and Rescue Service, which includes a set of operational management, notification, and forecasting solutions
