Housing Pact 2.0

Housing Pact 2.0 supports municipalities to increase affordable housing offer and build schools and nurseries to cope with the growing population. The signing municipality benefits from the assistance of a ‘housing counsellor’ and develops a municipal housing strategy. 

The next step is the implementation of the development projects, with financial support from the State. Almost all municipalities have signed up, and many have adopted their strategy and signed the implementation agreement.
