Houses in Prvačina, City Municipality of Nova Gorica - Provision of public rental housing

The Housing Fund of the City Municipality of Nova Gorica has built eight terraced houses, adding them to the non-profit housing pool of the city.

The houses are located in Prvačina, a village in the Vipava Valley, 10km from the city of Nova Gorica. All the houses have roofed terraces and green atriums. The building is polygonal in shape and has two floors. Behind the building there is a parking lot with 16 parking spaces. There are external storage rooms at the entrances of the individual units.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility contribution to the investment is EUR 253,196, while the total value is EUR 1,079,556.

The construction started in August 2019 and was completed in a year and immediately put to use.
