Reconstruction and extension of the Main Pavilion and modernisation of the Inpatient Psychiatric Care Unit. Reconstruction of the bed stock of inpatient psychiatric facilities has the aim of humanising or reducing the conditions for hospitalisation, i.e. the number of patients in a room with separate sanitary facilities.
