Health Research Infrastructure

The Recovery and Resilience Facility contributes EUR 22 million to the Health RI project. The project standardises and connects data among the Health RI consortium and thereby stimulates innovation in life sciences and the healthcare sector.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides financial support for the development of a support system for researchers consisting of eight regional service desks and one national service desk, the adoption of a roadmap for secondary use of health data, and the operationalisation of a data portal for locating and accessing research data. The regional and national service desks are already operational. 

The implementation of the investment is expected to be completed by 31 december 2023.
