Guidance for students in educational vulnerability and reducing early school dropout.

The Proa+ program, funded by NextGenerationEU funds, has been launched in educational centers in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands with the aim of contributing to improving equity in access to educational opportunities and academic success for all students.

Childcare, primary, secondary, and basic vocational training centers facing greater educational complexity due to disadvantaged socio-economic conditions of their students receive resources to implement targeted actions.

These actions are focused on ensuring conditions for teachability, supporting students with learning difficulties, fostering positive attitudes within the educational institution, and enhancing the teaching and learning process of essential skills for students facing learning challenges.

Examples of these actions include absenteeism plans, parent training, school mentoring, supervised libraries, inclusive assessment, and school community education plans.

The Proa+ program is implemented in 127 educational centers in the Balearic Islands and 374 centers in Catalonia.
